Position Overview
This role will be part of an innovative team where you'll shape the future of Ralph Lauren's Supply Chain landscape. As an IT (Supply Chain) Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of transforming and optimizing our supply chain operations. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on our global operations by partnering with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in delivering IT capabilities aligned with Supply Chain business requirements while driving operational efficiency initiatives. You will work in different systems that are part of the RL Supply Chain Landscape.

You will work in different systems that are part of the RL Supply Chain Landscape.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement end-to-end supply chain solutions, with our EMEA Logistics 3rd party, to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee IT topics including Stock Management, Picking and Packing Management, Transport Management (including Import and Export Controls), and Management of Goods Returns.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Transport, Tax Teams, Third Party Companies, and Carriers to gather requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive IT solution with WMS at its core, covering warehouse operations and transport for all channels (retail, digital, and wholesale). This includes inter-region logistics, merchandise, creative assets, non-merchandise, imports/exports, bonded warehouse, and delivery management. Ensure the solution maintains data quality, streamlines processes, and complies with regulations. Validate the design with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate closely with development teams to implement the necessary IT capabilities. Ensure that project timelines are met and quality standards are upheld throughout the development process.
- Business Solution Design, Data models, Process flows, Functional specification, Project plans & XML (design & update)
- Build deployment plans and follow execution until implementation.
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- Proven experience in business analysis and business process modelling
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Supply Chain Management & Logistics principles, processes and best practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with strong documentation and process formalization skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), carrier operations, bonded warehouse operations and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) supply chain is preferable
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and proactively find solutions
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English. Working knowledge of Italian and/or French is desirable.
- Demonstrates a strong curiosity about new technologies and innovative processes, with a proven track record of championing generative and predictive AI adoption in supply chain operations.
- Experience in global shipping is a plus
- E-commerce experience is a plus PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) THE CANDIDATE
- Curiosity and Problem-Solving: A natural curiosity and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Forward-Thinking: Passionate about generative AI and committed to continuous learning.
- Supply Chain Experience: Experience in delivering supply chain projects, ideally in the fashion retail sector.
- Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently to Italy & Geneva.
