  • Design and deliver training programs to boost safety awareness and skills across the workforce.
  • Work with operational teams to study incident data and create initiatives to mitigate future risks.

About You

  • Possess a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in occupational health and safety.
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior health and safety role in the Highways, Civil Engineering, Utilities or Rail or Oil and Gas industries would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute health and safety strategies effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks and enforce suitable safety interventions.
  • Proficient with safety management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative setting with solid independent decision-making skills.

Employee discounts on garden landscaping products.

Access to a Virtual GP service 24/7, 365 days a year.
