We are looking for a versatile Senior Growth Marketing Strategist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the challenge of driving marketing initiatives that make a real difference. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer activation and onboarding, with a proven track record of converting trialists/leads into paid subscribers. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute our marketing strategy, focusing on optimizing the customer journey and driving engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams including product, sales, and customer success, playing a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life and driving customer engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize the customer journey and drive engagement from trial to paid subscription.
- Optimize the customer onboarding process, ensuring new users quickly realize the value of our products.
- Create personalized messaging and support to guide users towards desired actions.
- Continuously analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed to contribute to company growth.
- Specialize in a subset of our products to become a subject matter expert and provide targeted marketing support.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS or eCommerce environment, with a proven track record in customer activation and onboarding best practices.
- You can see the big picture but are just as comfortable diving into the details. You can develop strategies that align with our goals and execute them to drive tangible results.
- You’re a blend of creative and analytical, capable of crafting compelling narratives while making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- You’re a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships both internally and externally. You know how to create compelling messages that resonate with different audiences.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable with autonomy
- Experience in email marketing, in-app notifications, PR, referral marketing, or community management with SaaS or eCommerce platforms are bonus.
