Job Description

• Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance team
• Preparing and delivering strategic financial plans
• Setting and controlling budgets
• Producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Developing and implementing financial KPIs
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Driving process improvements in the finance function
• Working closely with other department leaders to achieve company goals
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:

• Relevant financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Experience in a financial leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting and reporting
• Experience in managing a finance team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
