This exciting new role will lead the accurate accounting and processing of Vitality Programme partners, ensuring compliance with financial standards and adherence to deadlines.
Key Actions
- Ensure Accurate Accounting: Maintain precise accounting for multiple Vitality Partners within the Vitality P&L self-sufficiently.
- Data Interpretation and Reconciliation: Interpret and reconcile data from Vitality Partners to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and Resolve Data Quality Issues: Detect data quality issues and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop long-term solutions.
- Process Payments: Manage the timely processing of cashbacks and invoices to customers and partners, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Simplify and Document Tasks: Streamline and document all tasks to enhance efficiency and clarity.
- Analyse Partner Performance: Conduct performance analysis of partners to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
- Handle Ad Hoc Audit Requests: Address ad hoc requests from audits promptly and accurately
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Qualifications: Fully qualified or finalist in CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent).
- Strong accounting experience with knowledge of financial standards and compliance.
- Skilled in interpreting, reconciling, and ensuring accuracy of financial data; able to resolve data quality issues.
- Experience processing payments, invoices, and cashbacks under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to streamline tasks and document workflows effectively.
- Capable of analysing financial data to generate actionable insights.
- Experience managing audit requests and coordinating with audit teams.
- Knowledge of tax obligations and financial compliance standards
