We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we’re just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.

The Role

As our Senior Finance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of Oviva’s financial operations, driving performance insights, process improvements, and strategic decision support for one of our fastest-growing markets - Germany.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll partner closely with the German Market Leadership Team and collaborate with Group Finance, Accounting, and Business Intelligence to deliver high-quality reporting and actionable financial insights.

This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical finance professional looking to make an impact in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the German market.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that influence leadership decisions.
  • Drive scenario analysis and financial modelling to guide resource allocation and business growth.
  • Coordinate with the Accounting and BI teams to align KPIs and ensure transparency in financial performance.
  • Support month-end closing, internal controls, and group consolidation processes.
  • Lead process improvements, automation, and ERP (NetSuite) enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

About You

You’re a detail-oriented and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. You enjoy turning data into insights and insights into action.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 4–6 years’ experience in FP&A or similar analytical finance roles.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Experience in investment banking, high-growth scale-ups, or similar environments.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionizing healthcare
  • Exciting and rewarding role in the high-growth environment
  • Training and development opportunities, with a personal learning allowance
  • We embrace flexibility & remote working
  • We provide a home working allowance to enable you to set up your workspace in a way which suits you
  • Competitive Salary & company pension
