Covering Reading, north/west & South London. Surrey/Brighton
As a Senior FSM you'll be Working in the field to recruit, lead, coach and manage a team of Field Sales Managers and Advisors to achieve and exceed pre-defined residential sales targets and other KPIs selling Virgin Media products to residential customers.
Taking responsibility for Tactical Management changes to drive performance through Field Sales Managers, driving Field Sales Managers to deliver Key Performance indicators and Business objectives, and
developing them through training and adoption of new Management techniques and methodology.

The must haves
- Experience managing a team and/or multiple teams
- Previous sales experience
- Proven sales track record
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Cold calling residential experience
- Sales management experience
- Residential Ability to work independently using judgement and initiative
