As a Senior Technical Site Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of Field Service site activities. Your day will involve developing detailed technical plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the right skills, tooling, and spare parts are available for every outage. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers, providing expert planning and guidance to optimize efficiency and service delivery.

Your day will involve developing detailed technical plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the right skills, tooling, and spare parts are available for every outage. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers, providing expert planning and guidance to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop detailed technical plans and drawings for Field Service site activities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to determine customer requirements, resources, and tooling needs.
- Identify and allocate the right skills for all outages, including LTP, ad-hoc service, and Retrofit projects.
- Use SAP for internal communication, ensuring traceability and resolving planning conflicts.
- Provide technical support for outage planning, site briefs, and debriefs to optimize execution.
- Assist Marketing & Sales in securing new business by offering technical insights during bids.
- Review and refine planning processes to reduce non-conformance costs and improve efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Siemens Energy safety and quality standards.
- Deliver regular personnel and tooling forecasts to support effective resource planning.
- HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Project Planning tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of Siemens Energy Small Gas Turbines (SGT) and driven units.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Experience managing internal customers, suppliers, managers, and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
