Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to drive forward NHBC’s digital strategy. You’ll lead high-impact campaigns from concept through to execution and analysis, using a mix of digital channels to enhance our brand, support business growth and improve customer journeys. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading digital marketing campaigns from brief to delivery and performance analysis
  • Working across social media, paid media, email, SEO and web to drive brand awareness and leads
  • Managing content planning and amplification across key digital channels
  • Enhancing the digital customer journey to improve acquisition and conversion
  • Using a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimise performance
  • Creating landing pages and lead-gen forms to support campaigns
  • Collaborating with agencies and internal teams to align on digital strategy
  • Monitoring KPIs, budget and reporting to demonstrate campaign success
  • Acting as a brand guardian and escalating reputational risks when necessary
  • Representing NHBC at industry events and supporting digital activity outside of standard hours when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing across paid, owned and earned media
  • Confident using analytics tools, CMS platforms and email automation systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach to campaign delivery
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Commercially focused, results-driven, and able to report meaningfully on performance
  • Passionate about digital innovation and staying up to date with trends
  • Experience within B2B or B2B2C environments (construction/housebuilding a bonus)
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing would be a plus
