Your title will be “Senior Digital Marketing Executive”, focusing on organic social media planning and content creation including some paid social advertising including Meta and TikTok (overseen by our Performance team) as well as email marketing if that tickles your fancy.

Location

At Digital 24, we embrace a hybrid work model. Three days a week, our team collaborates in our conveniently located Belfast office, offering free parking and proximity to various shops and amenities. The remaining two days, we enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from home. You may also be out and about doing on-location filming and content creation with your clients.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a social media marketing role or similar digital marketing role.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement innovative social media organic and advertising strategies that amplify our clients’ social media presence.

Your role

• Driving social media and influencer campaigns, including brand collaborations, content creation, copywriting, reporting.
• Developing and executing organic content marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio.
• Attending client meetings to discuss strategies and results.
• Designing and building out ad campaigns for the likes of Meta and TikTok
• Continuously updating your digital marketing knowledge to stay ahead in the field.
  
  

Requirements

• Marketing qualifications are preferred, but solid experience in your field is equally valued.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role within an agency or in-house is desired. 2+ years is required.
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Canva and video editing software like TikTok and Reels in-platform editing and Capcut.
• Strong creative capabilities
• Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and people skills.
• GSCEs in English and Maths
