- You will be a key member of the Digital and Strategic Change team, reporting to the Head of Data. You will work across the business, developing dashboards, reports, and insights that support decision-making. You will also play a vital role in data governance and ensuring high-quality data across the organisation.
- As a line manager to Data Analysts, you’ll provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them succeed.

Must Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Hands-on expertise with Power BI and SQL.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills – making data accessible to all.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting junior data professionals, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
- Familiarity with Python or R.
- Knowledge of predictive modelling or machine learning.
- Experience in the housing or social enterprise sector.
- This salary for this role is fixed at £58,158 for a 37 hour, full time, permanent position
- Flexible working policies – this role would be both home and office based with time spent in our Newport, Cardiff and Swansea office.

- First Stage: A 30 minute teams call week commencing 7th April
- Second Stage: Selected candidates will be invited to attend an in person interview week commencing 14th April in our Swansea office. This will include a panel interview and task.
