Role Overview
As a Senior CRM Executive, you will play a key role in our expanding team. We are looking for a versatile individual to join our CRM Squad within the Growth Team. You will drive acquisition and retention through CRM and help shape our customer communication strategy. You'll be involved in managing sophisticated omnichannel lifecycle programs, supporting new CRM initiatives, and refining the messaging across all CRM interactions to ensure impactful and audience-specific communications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering a CRM strategy and roadmap that supports the client’s growth plans, focusing on customer activation, retention, and increasing lifetime value.
- Plan and deliver core campaigns and CRM workflows for various teams.
- Gain expertise in CRM technology and innovate communication strategies.
- Execute end-to-end multi-channel CRM journeys to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Plan and implement CRM requirements for product launches and feature releases.
- Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data to enhance conversion and retention rates.
- Report on performance insights and learnings.
- Use customer feedback and data to improve segmentation strategies.
- Monitor and enhance CRM KPIs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRM experience, preferably in e-commerce, with a deep understanding of digital marketing, loyalty strategies, and campaign execution. Proficiency with tools like Braze is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, including campaign production and proofreading.
- Customer-focused and commercially minded with innovative approaches to enhancing customer experiences.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
Team Structure
You will report directly to our Senior CRM Manager and collaborate with the Growth Team, as well as work with Brand, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and B2B teams.
