We’re hiring a Senior Creative Designer to help shape how Arm shows up across the world - from bold digital campaigns to immersive event visuals and everything in between. This is a hands-on design role for someone who thrives on creative variety, brings strong visual instincts, and knows how to make complex ideas look simple and stunning.
Job Overview
As part of Arm’s Brand and Creative team, you’ll lead the design of high-impact creative across brand, digital, print, and motion. Whether it’s a white paper, a product launch identity, or a global campaign, you’ll apply strategic thinking and strong craft to deliver work that builds brand equity and drives engagement. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional global team and help raise the creative bar for one of the world's most respected tech brands.

Responsibilities
- Lead concept and execution across digital, print, and motion design projects.
- Create cohesive visual systems across campaigns, platforms, and channels.
- Design everything from white papers and reports to social ads, event branding, and microsites.
- Collaborate with marketing, comms, events, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to and evolve Arm’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Mentor junior designers and help build a strong creative culture.
- Manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Present and explain design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Strong, versatile design portfolio across print, digital, and brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
- Strong layout, typography, and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative attitude and strong presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring or guiding other designers.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Animation and video production experience.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and/or Sketch.
- Basic illustration or icon design skills.
- Experience in an agency or high-paced in-house team.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and prototyping tools.
