We are seeking a highly skilled senior consultant with strong expertise in UiPath RPA development and solution design. You will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across business units.

Role – Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled senior consultant with strong expertise in UiPath RPA development and solution design. You will be responsible for leading automation initiatives, mentoring developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across business units.
Your role
- Work on end-to-end design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution architecture.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize bot performance.
- Manage integration of RPA solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for bot deployment and monitoring.
- Lead cloud migration of RPA workloads (Azure) and define automation architecture in cloud-native setups.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Contribute to automation strategy and roadmap planning.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Document Understanding.
- Proficiency in .NET (VB/C#), SQL, and REST API integration.
- Experience in designing scalable and reusable automation components.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer.
- Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their integration with RPA.
- Experience in process mining and automation assessment tools.
- Prior experience in leading automation projects in insurance, healthcare, or BFSI domains.
