  • Oversee complaints logging, investigation, and trend analysis to drive corrective actions.
  • Produce, analyse, and report on compliance, quality, and food safety KPIs.

  • Supervise pest control and water quality compliance programs in collaboration with contractors.
  • Develop and deliver site-wide hygiene and food safety training.
  • Drive process improvements and digitalisation initiatives to streamline compliance workflows.

Location: This is an onsite role based at our Burton Distribution Centre, Monday - Friday

  • Proven experience in compliance administration within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, document control, complaints handling, and compliance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QMS/compliance tracking software.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a track record of KPI tracking and data-driven improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator, confident liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and auditors.
  • Passionate about food safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Our Benefits for this role include, but not limited to:

  • H&B Employee Discount - 25%
  • Pension company contribution
  • Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers
  • And many more!
