We're seeking a dynamic Senior Campaign Manager to lead our expanding Retail Media team. As we experience rapid growth, we need a highly motivated, organised, and personable individual to manage our growing portfolio of brand partner campaigns.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our Retail Media campaigns. You'll be responsible for delivering world-class client service while securing and managing media sales deals. This involves collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, forecasting performance, and consistently exceeding quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth: Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
Deliver exceptional client service: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Master product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings through collaboration with internal teams.
Achieve performance goals: Consistently hit or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
Manage and optimise campaigns: Oversee sponsored products, display, and social advertising campaigns for world leading brands (Unilever, L'Oréal, Coty, etc.).
Build strong client relationships: Manage daily client interactions, exceed expectations, and leverage campaign data to inform future strategies.
Ensure campaign success: Lead regular client check-ins, communicate optimisations, and address client concerns promptly.
Collaborate effectively: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay ahead of the competition: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership & Development will be a core part of your remit and you will be responsible for coaching and develop your direct reports, maintaining regular 1:1's, PDRs and ensuring top talent are nurtured and brought forward in the right way.
Test & Learn new opportunities.
Person Specification
Ideal candidates would have Retail Media experience, but this is not essential; It is essential to have driven sales and managed campaigns for a high performing agency, platform or in-house team.
Knowledge of the Retail Media landscape
Extensive knowledge of executing, optimising and reporting on Paid Social media campaigns
Knowledge of digital media landscape and language
Minimum 5 Years’ Experience In a Similar Role
Entrepreneurial with the ability to influencing key stakeholders to drive success.
Team leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching and nurturing team members towards set goals.
Experience in large figure budget management and turning around campaigns within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of activating CRM audiences within digital campaigns
Excellent analytical skills and proven experience with multiple sources of data and measurement
