Our Treasury function is essential in managing financial resources and driving our company's strategic vision. After a major overhaul, we're enhancing our operations for greater scalability and efficiency. As we continue our transformative £25 million, four-year program, we have created an excellent for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join us and lead the way in delivering Zenith's funding strategy.

What's The Role

  • Support the delivery of the Group's funding plan, including the preparation and execution of secured debt issuances
  • Analyze the portfolio, reviewing against rating agency criteria to optimize the cost of funds for the Group
  • Assist in the operational setup of new secured debt issuances, including data management and investor reporting
  • Monitor compliance with the transaction documentation for the Group's funding facilities
  • Contribute positively to the funding plan, ensuring timelines and budgets are met within risk appetite
  • Support the development of Zenith's secured debt-raising capabilities and provide in-depth knowledge of assets and funding requirements
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, rating agencies, and legal providers

What Can You Offer

  • Excellent working knowledge of Treasury practices and experience within complex finance environments, particularly with warehouse financing structures
  • Direct experience in securitisation, including asset-backed securities finance
  • Essential experience in regulatory reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to accuracy and control
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
  • The ability to adapt quickly to new IT systems and a willingness to learn
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to take ownership of tasks and thrive in ambiguous environments
