You`ll also act as a bridge between teams, supporting colleagues across Operations, Learning & Development, Safeguarding, Information Governance, People, Finance and other departments to keep policies, procedures and reports current, consistent and compliant.

This is a role where your organisation, professionalism and attention to detail will truly make a difference. You`ll be central to how Compass learns, improves and continues to deliver safe, high quality and values-led services that positively impact lives.

If you care about getting things right because you know it helps others feel safe and supported, we`d love to welcome you to the team.

  • A high level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to drive and access to a car or Access to Work

It would be great if you also have experience of minute taking, using management information systems, or working with digital tools and social media, but these aren`t dealbreakers.
