Advisory

PKF Littlejohn Advisory Limited is a specialist restructuring, advisory and insolvency practice and part of the PKF network with offices in Leeds, London and Manchester. We provide advice and solutions to a wide variety of stakeholder groups across a broad range of industry sectors.

Our Professionals Include

• A core team involved with both trading and non-trading Administrations, CVAs and both solvent and insolvent liquidations
• A dedicated financial services team with extensive experience dealing with distressed regulated businesses including Credit Unions, EMIs, SIPP administrators and more.
• A dedicated investigation and forensic team which predominantly administer insolvency cases where there has been an indication of fraud or dishonest conduct.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a strong understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and professional development.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
• Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  
  

Person Specification

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

• Previous experience in restructuring, advisory or insolvency.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as CPI, ACA, ACCA, CPI, or part-qualified with a commitment to completing qualifications, or a willingness to study for and complete professional qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in IPS case and diary management
• Highly organised and motivated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
