We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a strong understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

- A core team involved with both trading and non-trading Administrations, CVAs and both solvent and insolvent liquidations
- A dedicated financial services team with extensive experience dealing with distressed regulated businesses including Credit Unions, EMIs, SIPP administrators and more.
- A dedicated investigation and forensic team which predominantly administer insolvency cases where there has been an indication of fraud or dishonest conduct.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency cases from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Attend meetings with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure the smooth progression of cases.
- Keep up to date with changes in insolvency legislation and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
- Previous experience in restructuring, advisory or insolvency.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CPI, ACA, ACCA, CPI, or part-qualified with a commitment to completing qualifications, or a willingness to study for and complete professional qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High proficiency in IPS case and diary management
- Highly organised and motivated
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
