As a Senior Account Executive at Hotwire, you will work across a range of companies in enterprise tech, fintech, healthtech, and more. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing routine communications activities, carrying out campaign execution, and administration to create a flawless experience for your clients. You and your fellow executives will be the engine of the client’s campaign, driving activities with determination and enthusiasm to deliver results that will impact the client’s core business issues.

As a Senior Account Executive at Hotwire, you will work across a range of companies in enterprise tech, fintech, healthtech, and more. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing routine communications activities, carrying out campaign execution, and administration to create a flawless experience for your clients. You and your fellow executives will be the engine of the client’s campaign, driving activities with determination and enthusiasm to deliver results that will impact the client’s core business issues.
Accountabilities
Delivering the Hotwire Vision and Growth:
- Industry Awareness: Be the eyes and ears of your clients’ industries, ensuring your account teams are up to speed on sector happenings.
- Creative Contribution: Participate in team brainstorms to generate new ideas for campaigns.
- Opportunity Spotting: Identify opportunities for clients to push boundaries and increase their market share.
- Portfolio Management: Work across a portfolio of about six clients, generating results, meeting deadlines, and owning relationships with clients and media.
- Relationship Building: Foster fantastic working relationships with clients to achieve the best results.
- Time Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing time and organizing work on different campaigns with varying deadlines.
- Campaign Execution: Own and deliver campaign activities from start to finish with minimal input from managers across accounts.
- Media Relations: Generate results by pitching client stories to journalists and influencers, arranging and staffing media interviews and events.
- Content Creation: Write content for various purposes, including pitches, press releases, blog entries, feature articles, and case studies.
- Social Media Assistance: Assist with clients’ social media accounts where applicable.
- Analytics Reporting: Deliver analytics reports to measure campaign success.
- Team Value: Add value to your team through your media knowledge and understanding of what makes a great story.
- Communication Skills: Use impeccable communication skills to work effectively with clients, journalists, and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work with Associate Programme Executives and Programme Executives to develop client call agendas, ensuring proper note-taking and action division.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in the communications space, with a focus on B2B clients.
- Media Contacts: A network of strong media contacts, preferably in tech B2B publications.
- Communication Skills: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech Enthusiasm: A genuine love for technology and understanding of how it shapes our society.
- Trend Spotting: A proven ability to identify connections between trends, stories, and brands.
- Media Passion: A passion for consuming newspapers, blogs, and content both personally and professionally.
- Can-Do Attitude: A positive attitude, knowing no job is too big or too small.
