You should have Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, teachers, and parents, creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

Requirements
- Previous experience working with special needs children as a teaching assistant
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special education Level 2 or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
