The Role
As An SEN Teacher, You Will
- Develop and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
- Create personalised learning plans to ensure all students reach their full potential.
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that supports emotional and social development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to provide holistic support for students.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to create a structured and positive learning atmosphere.
We are looking for an SEN Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in a specialist school setting.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of SEN teaching strategies and differentiation.
- Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to supporting students individual needs.
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
