SEN Complex Needs LSA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Complex Needs LSA to join our team, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with severe learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior, and complex medical needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will
Have a willingness to work across all age groups in the school
Be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic
Have experience working with children or individuals with special needs (advantageous but not essential)
Be committed to helping pupils reach their fullest potential academically, socially, and emotionally
