- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity and creativity.
- Create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, happy, and valued.
- Support the social, emotional, and physical development of each child.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure every child's needs are met.
- Observe and track the progress of children, maintaining accurate records.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage teamwork and respect among the children.
- QTS
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passionate about child development and early education.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
