Equans is looking for a Security Officer to join our team in Westminster, London on a permanent basis, This is a full time role working 59 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £39,681.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Off. 1 hour paid break 12hour shifts 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00

What will you deliver?

To form part of a fully integrated guarding service which is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring that the service provided is professional, timely and in keeping with contractual requirements. The aim of the service is to provide a safe and secure environment for all occupants, visitors and contractors within and around the building.

Please note employment in this post is dependent upon obtaining security clearance; this requires 5 years’ residency in the UK and a valid British or EU passport.

Who are we looking for?

  • A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.
  • Proven experience in a security role or a related field.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively
  • Basic computer literacy for logging reports and accessing security systems.
