Alfie’s Cat Rescue is a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats in need in Selby and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking a Secretary Trustee to support our organisation as we grow into a formal charity and take our next steps as an organisation.
What difference will you make?
As a Trustee, you will help us support cats in Selby and the surrounding area by noting key meetings and ensure we align our strategy and goals to formalise our organisation.
What are we looking for?
As a trustee you'll have an essential role in contributing towards the future direction of Alfie's Cat Rescue and making a real difference to the lives of cats.
This year we are aiming to grow significantly following our foundation year, including formalising ourselves as a charity with the Charity Commission.
Therefore we're looking for trustees with experience of working with start ups and formalising an organisation.
You'll work closely with our operational volunteers who run the rescue and there will be opportunities to connect with a range of people who are all dedicated to improving the lives of cats.
