We are currently looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. You will be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, issues, and providing great advice and support via various communication channels, such as phone, email & live chat.  You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building brand loyalty, and contributing to the company's overall success by providing exceptional support and service. 

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until February 2026 to cover our peak period.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring DPA checks are completed before providing information, and document cases accurately.
  • Solve problems and conduct investigations.
  • Build and maintain thorough product knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other regions.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain quality and productivity KPIs.


What You Should Bring

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
