Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties Will Include
- Register new applicants and promote new properties
- Qualify applicants prior to viewings
- Book and carry out property viewings
- Report on any need for repairs at properties
- Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date
- Experience with customer service
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK driving license
- Proven track record for career growth and advancement within the company
