A Taste of The Job

As our Salesforce Manager, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we connect, collaborate, and grow. With Salesforce becoming the heartbeat of our commercial operation, you’ll take ownership of a brand-new platform and shape how our teams use it to drive performance across multiple markets and brands.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll partner with Commercial, Customer Operations, and IT, guiding adoption and ensuring Salesforce becomes a powerful enabler of efficiency and scale. Based in our London or Warrington offices, with opportunities for international travel to work alongside our commercial teams and see your influence in action.

Your impact will include:

  • Operational Leadership – Maintain the smooth operation of Salesforce and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Salesforce Expertise – Be the go-to expert, aligning system administration with end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Process Integration – Map and embed business processes into Salesforce to unlock efficiency and collaboration.
  • Reporting & Dashboards – Build insights that track and inspire commercial and business performance.
  • KPI Management – Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our success.
  • Master Data Ownership – Safeguard the quality and accuracy of our CRM data.
  • Collaboration & Liaison – Bridge teams and systems (including ERP), ensuring practical, effective technology solutions.
  • Training & Advocacy – Champion adoption, upskill users, and help the business unlock Salesforce’s full potential.

A Flavour of the Business

We’re at the early stage of our Salesforce journey, which means you’ll have the rare opportunity to shape how a growing global FMCG business harnesses the platform. Our successful sales teams span multiple brands and geographies, and they’re ready to embrace Salesforce to elevate collaboration, efficiency, and scale. This is your chance to create a legacy system that supports award-winning brands loved worldwide.

The Perfect Serve - A Bit About You

You’re not just looking for another Salesforce role; you want to make a lasting impact. You bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership, and you’re excited to take ownership of a platform that will power growth across our global portfolio.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in Product Management and Salesforce CRM (minimum Administrator certification).
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally from multiple businesses.
  • A track record of gathering requirements and translating them into clear user stories or functional specifications.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence at every level, from executive boardrooms to end users.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, matched with a commercial, solution-focused mindset.
  • Organisational skills to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment, juggling priorities while delivering impact.
  • A collaborative spirit, curious, innovative, and eager to continuously improve.
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to build trusted, lasting relationships with stakeholders.

This is an opportunity to own, influence, and innovate, using Salesforce to its fullest potential in a dynamic, international FMCG environment.
