At Trent Valley, our focus is to deliver an exceptional service to our customers. To support our ongoing business growth, we have an opportunity for a Sales Support Manager to join our team covering the South Yorkshire and Nottingham area.

Reporting to the Head of Sales you will support the sales team in providing seamless customer service, whilst staying updated with market competitors to ensure the highest standard of service is offered. You will be professional, courteous, friendly, and organised. You will be excellent at establishing and building a rapport with customers, identifying their needs, and assisting in any way required.

We Expect You To

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including quotations, samples, and marketing aids.
  • Collaborate with our sales admin for optimum lead distribution.
  • Deliver daily reports on leads and sales.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients both before and after appointments.
  • Understand and cater to customer needs, driving sales.
  • Analyse sales metrics, targets, and KPIs monthly.
  • Ensure seamless communication with customer service department.
  • Stay updated on market competitors, both local and national.
  • Address post-sale queries and support the team with product training.
  • Contribute to weekly sales meetings.

You Will

  • Have solid sales experience and a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Be proficient IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Need stellar communication skills.

  • Be committed to quality, professionalism, and ethics.
