Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive include:
- Dealing with all aspects of customer services
- Hold strong communication to customers
- Loading and supporting sales orders within the CRM
- Ensuring orders are correct prior to arrival
- Replying to customers, internal comms and suppliers enquiries when Account Managers are unable to respond
- Preparing and providing quotes to customers where required
- Assisting with Demo Kit requests and orders
- Liaising with supply chain and manufacturers for stock queries
- Taking part in product training and keeping up to date with new products
- Attending customer meetings from time to time (virtual or physical)
The Successful Sales Support Executive Will Have
- Previous admin, customer service or sales experience
- Be customer focused
- Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to listen and articulate effectively
- Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative
