Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Representative to drive new lead generation for Noesis in the UK market. This role is focused on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for Noesis to expand its client base. While the primary focus is on new business development, there will be a need to establish initial relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth handover to our internal teams for ongoing account management and service delivery.

While the primary focus is on new business development, there will be a need to establish initial relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth handover to our internal teams for ongoing account management and service delivery.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify new business opportunities and leads through cold outreach, networking, and market analysis;
- Engage with potential clients to introduce Noesis’ offerings and qualify their needs;
- Set up initial meetings with decision-makers, showcasing Noesis’ solutions tailored to their specific business requirements;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth handover of leads and initial client engagements for further development;
- Maintain a basic level of relationship-building to support initial engagement, while primarily focusing on lead generation;
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- 10+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role, in the technology or consulting sectors;
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and convert them into qualified opportunities;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective clients quickly;
- Knowledge of the UK market, with the ability to identify emerging opportunities;
- Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a commission-based environment;
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track progress and manage pipelines.
