Purpose of the role

Ensuring that our customers receive excellent customer service is critical to the achievement of Keyloop's strategic plans for growth and profitability.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Renewals Executive to join our busy Keyloop team based in Leeds, UK. This role involves making outbound calls to our dealerships customers to schedule showroom or telephone appointments to discuss their financial options.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Full training will be given to the successful candidate in person.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Making and receiving calls from our customer with a view to book them into a dealership to discuss their vehicle finance agreement options ensuring a rapport is built and you understand their needs
  • Follow up on leads, service reminders or marketing campaigns
  • Co-ordinate with dealership staff to ensure availability and avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Accurately record customer interactions and information in our system
  • Accurately update customer records with new contact information and preferences in line with data protection regulations
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications.

Experience Required

  • Strong English verbal communication skills
  • Experience of supporting customers to a high level of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Great experience of IT skills
  • Experience of customer service or call centre roles is highly preferred
