What You Will Do:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support our sales and marketing teams through various operational tasks, including:

  • Daily Operations: Ensure smooth operations and effective communication across teams.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and manage exciting sales and marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and customer training sessions.
  • Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, and social media, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Sales Team to create and update compelling marketing materials.
  • Campaign Implementation: Drive the execution of dynamic marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and trends to optimize resource allocation for key accounts.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team for timely website updates.
  • Supplier Support: Partner with suppliers to enhance customer experiences and improve service delivery.
  • Purchase Order Management: Manage purchase orders with precision and adherence to budgets.
