What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Act as a key sales leader, directly managing a team of Account Executives. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to drive performance and professional growth, embodying Port’s values of teamwork and innovation.
- Develop Systems for Scale: Establish, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes and systems to support rapid growth, ensuring our operations are streamlined and prepared for continued expansion.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Take ownership of pipeline management and sales forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy within your segment.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Product to align in delivering Port’s value to clients. You’ll regularly engage with the VP of Sales, CEO, and CTO, keeping alignment at the highest levels.
- Cultivate Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, especially among engineering teams, to identify opportunities where Port can enhance development workflows and maximize impact.
- Strategize for High-Impact Growth: Set actionable goals for your team, create strategies for high-impact deals, and foster accountability to ensure measurable success.

What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales management, ideally within a high-growth environment and from the Dev tools industry.
- Leadership: A strong sales leadership background with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their best.
- Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to design and implement sales processes that drive efficiency and scalability.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent cross-functional collaboration experience, especially with technical and marketing teams.
- Work Flexibility: Willingness to work from the office 1-2 days per week to foster team synergy and enhance collaboration.
