Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Executive looking for your next move with a high-quality developer? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established house builder working on a beautiful new development in Ascot.

You'll take full ownership of the customer journey - from first enquiry through to completion and beyond - and be the face of the development, delivering an exceptional experience to every buyer. If you're confident, customer-focused, and driven by results, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing all aspects of the sales process on-site
• Acting as the main point of contact for buyers and stakeholders
• Guiding customers through the home buying journey with confidence and care
• Promoting recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers
• Carrying out home demonstrations and aftercare follow-ups
• Ensuring the show home and sales suite are always presented to the highest standard
• Contributing to local marketing and lead generation activity
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience within the new homes industry
• A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a five-star experience
• Self-motivation, professionalism, and a proactive approach
• Strong admin and computer skills
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
