You’ll be based in our busy, high-footfall dealership on a vibrant retail park — a great location that brings in a steady stream of customers. What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £22,000 with realistic on-target earnings of £45,000+
- A 40-hour work week, including Saturdays, with a guaranteed weekday off
- No Sunday working – we’re closed so you can fully switch off

- Help customers explore vehicle options based on their needs
- Actively build and maintain relationships through networking and prospecting, both in-person and online, to connect with future customers
- Work as part of a supportive, high-performing team focused on shared success
- Receive full training and ongoing development tailored to your learning style
- At least 12 months of experience in automotive sales
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and visual
- A strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of your schedule
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
- 25 days holiday, rising to 29 with length of service, plus bank holidays
