- As Sales Director, you will take ownership of regional and international sales performance, working closely with executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth.
- Developing and executing a global / regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Driving revenue across BMS, smart buildings, and integrated control solutions
- Building long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and partners
