How The Role Will Make An Impact
To lead and drive organic growth within the OEM RTM through creation and execution of sales strategies and plans that align to the overall strategic plan and targets. Developing, targeting and coaching the sales team to achieve the performance and expectations set out in the sales plan.

Key Skills

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provides day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for the hardware division, to
- Creates an efficient and effective go to market process whereby the customer journey
- Development and execution of RTM sales plan which is aligned to deliver/exceed
- organic growth and objectives set out in the international hardware strategic roadmap.
- Development and execution of key account strategies that link customer account
- Sets realistic stretch targets to drive performance throughout the sales organisation

- Optimises price and tender management to generate sustainable margins. Ensures that
- Provides direction and input to the strategic planning process and regular

- Develops, motivates and nurtures a high calibre team. Understands ‘what good looks
