We’re on the hunt for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us qualify inbound leads from architects, brokers, landlords, and asset managers. What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads from architects, brokers, landlords, and asset managers to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and messaging to assess their needs and determine the next steps in the sales cycle.
- Use your understanding of real estate and PropTech to effectively communicate the value of our solutions and tailor conversations to the prospect’s needs.
- Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads smoothly and ensure follow-up on key opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and enhance lead qualification processes.
- Contribute to the growth of our startup by bringing in new business and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.
- 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar role (experience in real estate or PropTech is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage prospects at all levels.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is an advantage.
- Aproactive, self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
