We are working on behalf of an esteemed client in the technology sector, searching for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other innovative sales tactics.
- Qualify Leads: Conduct initial qualification calls with potential customers, ensuring they meet the criteria for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM: Consistently update and maintain accurate information within the company’s CRM system regarding client interactions, feedback, and next steps.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Research: Stay informed about the technology market, competitive products, and industry trends to effectively position our solutions to prospective clients.
- Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights from prospect feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine messaging and product offerings.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the tech sector.
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
- Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a result-driven approach.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work independently.
