At Ventrica, we partner with some of the world’s most exciting brands to create standout customer experiences. Now we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing commercial team and help fuel our next chapter.

This role puts you at the very start of our sales journey — identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities. Whether you’re following up on warm inbound leads or reaching out to prospects, you’ll help build the pipeline that powers our growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive the pipeline - Own the early stage of the sales cycle - from qualifying inbound interest to prospecting into target accounts.
  • Start conversations - Use a mix of email, messaging, calls and social to connect with potential clients and spark curiosity about what we do.
  • Understand their world - Run discovery calls, ask great questions and identify where Ventrica’s CX solutions could add real value.
  • Work hand-in-hand with AEs - Book qualified meetings and collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover and a great first impression.
  • Keep everything moving - Log activities, insights and outcomes in Salesforce. Stay on top of your numbers and take pride in hitting your metrics.
  • Fuel the energy - Bring positivity, ideas and momentum to the team. Share what’s working and support others to succeed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a sales or business development role (tech, SaaS or professional services a plus - but not a must)
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and asking the right questions
  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Resilience, curiosity and coachability - you take feedback on board and run with it
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, and comfortable working to clear targets and KPIs
  • An interest in the world of customer experience (contact centres, CX tech, automation, AI etc.)
