Established in the 1990's, this business are a provider of IT training, certification and consultancy services to a variety of global brands.

Authorised by the likes of Microsoft, AWS, Cisco & more to deliver IT training, their clients rely on their support to stay ahead of the tech curve within their chosen industry.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to hire 3 graduate SDR's in their Marlow office.

What will you be doing?

This will be a new business role where you'll be reaching out to businesses across multiple industries that may be able to take advantage of your product offering.

Contacting clients across the UK, you'll use a variety of outreach tools to build relationships with decision-makers and generate sales pipeline. There will also be leads generated from existing clients & marketing campaigns.

Receiving great support from the experienced sales team as your pipeline begins to turn into revenue, the first year OTE for this role stands at an eye-watering £45,000.

There will be gold-standard training & development within the position, including an initial 3 month induction period. The growth plans of the company means there are multiple progression routes available, including move upwards in the sales team to an Account Director.

What are the company looking for?

Transferable skills are the key component of any successful candidate for this role. The day-to-day of reaching out to decision-makers to build relationships means that confidence is key, as well as resilience to deal with the typical ups and downs a sales role will have.

There is no experience required for the role. A university graduate would be considered, as well as someone who has limited experience in either b2c or b2b sales. The training programme is focused around someone without any previous experience within a sales environment, meaning an inquisitive mindset & hunger to learn are both on the list of desirable transferable skills!

Finally, an interest in IT/Technology is desirable to aid the candidates' enthusiasm to learn the industry they'll be working within.

What is the package offered?

• £30,000 basic salary
