Role Pitch We are currently looking for a new SDR to join our well established and successful Sales Development team. Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your job will be expected to outbound prospect to global HR, Payroll and Finance personas, using multiple channels such as phone, email and LinkedIn. The goal is to book well qualified meetings for our BDM's and SA's within the Sales Team, who you will be partnered with upon joining.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our future growth plan and long-term success. At CloudPay, we believe in promoting from within, meaning that a successful SDR can have the opportunity to progress within our organisation for a well-established career.

We are mainly seeking an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen to develop their existing or new skills. We are therefore open to candidates who have been in sales roles previously, or this is their first step into the sales world.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with your assigned BDM's, to establish a strategy of success for their account list.
  • Identifying potential prospects and generating new business opportunities for CloudPay.
  • To set up initial appointments for the BDM's and follow up on leads.
  • Track progress towards meeting your goals.
  • Use our CRM and outreach platform to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
  • Provide weekly updates to you SDR Team Leader about your progress and results.

Description Attributes and Skills Required:

  • Strong level of experience in sales or customer service
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
