Our dedicated teams engage with thousands of independent free trade pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants, and other licensed outlets, offering each customer a personalised service backed by years of expertise.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Manager to provide key account management across the South East and Mid Cornwall region, managing some of our biggest accounts worth over £6 million in revenue. In this role, you will support and maintain numerous accounts, maximising sales by raising awareness of our diverse and exciting range of products.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Manager to provide key account management across the South East and Mid Cornwall region, managing some of our biggest accounts worth over £6 million in revenue. In this role, you will support and maintain numerous accounts, maximising sales by raising awareness of our diverse and exciting range of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Support and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Maximisation: Drive sales growth by promoting our extensive product range.
- Brand Development: Develop a platform for our own brand beers, using tactical support, POS, and promotions to increase volume within your accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular reviews, maintain journey plans, and adhere to call rotas to ensure optimal customer engagement.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
- Database Management: Ensure our customer database is accurately maintained.
- Commercial Awareness: Stay commercially aware of all deals, loans, delivery costs, and equipment arrangements within your area.
- Sales Targets: Show a passion for delivering sales and profit targets.
- Presentation Skills: Confidently present and influence stakeholders using your strong presentation skills.
- Experience in a similar sales-focused role within FMCG, drinks, or hospitality sectors.
- Ability to use insights to build commercially profitable new business and a quality customer base.
- Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
