What We Offer
We’re looking for a motivated professional with proven success and at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call environments such as call centres, telesales, or customer service. You’ll have experience engaging senior decision makers through outbound calls, with the confidence to influence, negotiate, and build strong business relationships. Strong communication skills are essential, along with sharp attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. You should be organised, process-oriented, and comfortable managing your own client accounts. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus, and prior success in overcoming gatekeepers and driving sales outcomes would be an advantage. The Role
The Inside Sales Executive is entrusted with the task of proactively reaching out to marketing-generated inquiries and engaged leads, with the aim of optimising revenue generation via phone-based sales of WorkNest products and services. Your role will be to qualify leads resulting from marketing campaigns, using a combination of phone, email, and social communication methods, as well as your B2B experience with senior decision-makers, through outbound sales efforts, and your familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Your contribution will be instrumental in propelling WorkNest toward its aspiration of becoming one of the UK’s leading providers of outsourced Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety services.
