What will I be doing?
- Lead and execute a high-impact sales strategy alongside our existing team
- Develop and deliver network growth plans with clear targets and measurable outcomes
- Generate and convert leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business
- Promote the AA Prestige brand and VAP proposition to new and existing centres
- Build strong relationships and plan daily outreach with precision
- Track performance, report results, and continuously improve sales processes
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong background in growth strategy and lead generation
- Knowledge of the automotive market and commercial awareness of the AA brand
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Confident using data to report progress and influence decisions
- Full UK driving licence and solid IT literacy
- Self-starter with high energy and initiative
- Consultative, objective, and solutions-focused
- Motivated by results and driven to exceed expectations
- A natural relationship builder with a passion for growth
