As part of our high-growth journey, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our EMEA & ROW B2B Sales team. This role will play a key part in supporting daily operations and driving commercial performance across 18 distributor markets. You’ll act as a central link between our Sales team and partners, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate reporting, and valuable insights that shape decision-making.

In more detail your role will include:
- Order Management
- Process distributor orders in line with deadlines and expected accuracy.
- Monitor stock availability, allocations, and delivery schedules.
- Handle complaints efficiently, balancing customer satisfaction with profit impact.
- Use an analytical approach to spot risks and opportunities across distributors.
- Sales Team & Distributor Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact between the EMEA & ROW Sales team and distributors.
- Support communication on new product launches.
- Collect sell-out performance and monthly KPIs from distributors, maintaining templates.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Data & Analysis
- Conduct regular order reviews and provide commentary on performance.
- Analyse sell-in and sell-out data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support NPD (New Product Development) launch tracking and performance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and market growth.
- Previous experience in a sales support, commercial coordinator, or similar role (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and reporting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset – able to interpret data, generate insights, and present recommendations.
- Ideally, experience with Google Sheets, Tableau, and Odoo 17 systems (not essential but highly valued)
