We are expanding rapidly and are looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our London office. This role reports directly to a Sales Executive. This is a full-time permanent position.
Working in the Sales Team
As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Working in the Sales Team
As a Sales Associate, you will support the sales team in driving revenue growth by progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

- Work closely with the Sales Executive to identify, source, and support the closing of new business opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales materials, conducting market and prospect research, and supporting outreach efforts
- Participate in product demonstrations and respond to basic customer queries to ensure a smooth buying experience
- Help build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by tracking engagement and managing Salesforce data
- Gather and share customer feedback to refine sales messaging and inform product development
- Handle administrative tasks such as proposal preparation, meeting coordination, and CRM updates
- Manage smaller deals independently, contributing directly to revenue growth
- Support marketing and lead generation initiatives by participating in campaigns and outreach activities
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in SaaS, hedge funds, or the tech sector is a plus)
- Knowledge of alternative assets is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn
- Curious and motivated to develop a strong understanding of our platform and client needs
- A team player who takes initiative and listens actively
- Able to communicate ideas clearly and professionally to clients
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
