The Role

Sales assistants are our brand ambassadors, connecting our products to customers. They drive store success by influencing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing product knowledge.

Interacting with customers on every shift, you'll help create special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Build brand loyalty by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting approaches to meet individual needs.
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide unforgettable customer experiences.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
• Assist with product deliveries, unloading and storing in designated spaces.
• Maintain high shop floor standards through merchandising and taking pride in your environment.
• Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
